The networking breakfast will be held tomorrow from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. at the Robert Morris University Island Sports Center (7600 Grand Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15225). It will focus on financing for a new business or expanding/growing an existing venture. Speakers will include Riverside Center for Innovations Executive Director, Emily Buka, who will be outlining the benefits to businesses in the Ohio River Towns Enterprise zone. Steve McKnight from Fourth Economy Consulting who will be giving an update of the states business finance programs. Rebecca McBlane of the Regional Development Funding Corporation will discuss the 504 Loan Program. Doug Skoworn from Riverside Center for Innovation will describe the Brownfield program and three representatives of major projects “in the zone” that have space for lease or sale.
